As the person continues training, the system can also observe patterns- which workouts are completed, when energy levels drop, or how recovery changes over time. These signals help adjust future recommendations.

This does not replace movement or discipline. It simply creates a training structure that adapts more naturally to the person following it.

Home fitness has grown rapidly in recent years because it removes many of the barriers associated with traditional training environments. Combining home workouts with adaptive guidance from technology creates a new kind of training experience.
